GX Financial Risk Assessment Research

The real estate industry is the foundation of the national economy,compared with other industries,it has the characteristics of long development cycle,large amount of capital input,slow turnover of capital and higher tax related risks.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the national economy,our government has issued a series of policies to regulate the real estate market,because of the real estate market in China started late and the system is not perfect,the financing channel is narrow,resulting in higher asset liability ratio of China's real estate market,financial risk and a series of problems.If the enterprise has higher financial risk,it will not only affect the normal operation of the enterprise,but also lead to bankruptcy.To real estate enterprises in the industry downturn can also be invincible,then the enterprise managers must improve the awareness of financial risk management,strengthen the level of financial risk management,for enterprises,the establishment of financial risk assessment system is of great significance.In this paper,the real estate industry in the GX company to carry out specific research,mainly divided into six parts.The first part is an overview of the research background,research purposes and significance,research methods and main research contents.The second part first introduces the basic situation of GX company,and analyzes the current situation and problems of GX company's financial management.The third part of the analysis of the internal and external environment of GX company,as well as the analysis of its internal operating conditions and conditions,it is necessary to establish the financial risk evaluation system of the company.The fourth part is the core of the article,the general steps of design principle and analysis hierarchy process according to the financial risk evaluation index,through the questionnaire survey and the way of literature review,questionnaire design,according to the feedback data to establish financial risk evaluation index system of GX company,and the indicators of methods are described.The fifth part is the research on the financial evaluation system of GX company,through the same scoring survey experts that the key judgment matrix chromatography analysis and repeated verification,calculate the evaluation index of GX proportion,so as to find out the influence factors of GX's long-term healthy development.Further analysis on the financial risk of the company.The advantages and disadvantages of AHP are summarized,and the improvement measures are put forward.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion.In view of the full text of the research content,this paper makes a summary and recommendations.In this paper,through the theory and practice,find out the GX company financial risk problem.The main methods used include questionnaire,literature,case analysis and so on.Through the combination of SWOT analysis and PEST analysis,this paper comprehensively analyzes the company's operating conditions and internal and external environmental factors.The general theory of analytic hierarchy process is applied to GX company to establish a financial risk evaluation model suitable for GX company.Starting from the problems of company management,the specific problems are analyzed in detail,and the solutions and improvement measures are put forward to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.I hope this research can help GX company to understand its financial risk more comprehensively,and provide reference for the subsequent good development.I also hope that this study can provide reference to other related enterprises for real estate industry.Because of my limited academic level,and by the number of reference literature,this study makes some deficiencies in many aspects,also affect the validity of this study to a certain extent,so the research on financial risk evaluation of GX company is still not systematic and comprehensive,needs to be further improved.
