Since the reform and opening up,along with the rapid economic development,social progress,new problems are also emerging,which brings great challenges to social management,but also provides a lot of space for social organizations to participate in social management.Social management is now gradually formed a government led,intervention and coordination with non-governmental organizations as an intermediary,in a new model of grass-roots autonomy as the foundation,the government,enterprises,social intermediary organizations,these three aspects are short legs,short legs,the society can be stable.As one of the eight people’s organizations,the Association for scientific and technological organization has been widely active in many fields of economy and society.It plays an important role in providing public services,innovating social management,prospering social undertakings and promoting economic development.As an important force,the main countries to provide public service of science and technology science work,science and technology education popularization and dissemination of the main channel,making policy decision consulting agencies,key projects and evaluation of the main third party,the association of science and technology to actively participate in social management.Starting from the practice of Changsha Association for science and technology participating in social management,this paper studies the participation of the association of science and technology in social management.This paper first reviews the related literature,defines the core concept of this thesis,this paper explains the rely on in multi center theory,the theory of the third sector and the third party governance theory,the association of organizations in the social management,the necessity and advantage is analyzed,from the enthusiasm of participation in social management the association is not high,the social function is not fully played,participation in social management ability,insufficient construction to incomplete functions and social recognition is not high on the association analysis of five aspects of the Changsha Municipal Association to participate in social management problems.On this basis,the author studied Changsha Municipal Association to participate in social management there are many reasons hidden behind the problem is mainly to participate in social management significance of lack of knowledge,official organization color leads to power return to society limited,their professional level is insufficient,and the society of association is not closely linked and participation in social management activities such as limited.Finally,combined with the practical enlightenment at home and abroad association participation in social management,this paper proposes some countermeasures Changsha kexie participation in social management,strengthen the awareness of participation in social management and give full play to the social function,to strengthen their capacity building,to promote and enhance the ability to enhance the social recognition.
