A Study On The Co-Construction And Sharing Strategies Of China Association Of Science And Technology Science Popularization Resources

A country's scientific capabilities, focused on the performance of the state to provide the public with popular products and services. Scientific Resources is not only a science and scientific basis of the work and tools, but also the ability to upgrade an important factor in science. With the increasingly popular science career development, the types and volume of science popularization is increasing rapidly. Along with citizens to promote the construction of scientific quality, as well as the scientific concept of development in the whole of the establishment and implementation of community, under this circumstances, how to make full use of the existing science popularization resources, excavate potential resources, build long-term mechanism to ensure that scientific resources really serve the public, has become a period of time now and for the development of science in the most critical and most basic one of the key tasks.This study aims to comb concepts including resources, science popularization resources and co-construction and sharing of science popularization resources, the background and significance, integrate various elements to combined science popularization resources system on the basis of analyze the elements of co-construction and sharing of science popularization resources, studies the system operating conditions. Through comparative study and theoretical research, discusses progress and problems of popular science resource co-construction and sharing in our country in recent years, such as the single Sharing channel, the sharing effect is not ideal, and sharing mechanism is not complete. Putting forward co-construction and sharing suggestions based on different types of science popularization resources, such as complete multiple input mechanism of government leading with social participation combining, constructing coordinated management mechanism of sharing alliance, perfect two-way communication mechanism, implementing property classified use system of incentive and restraint mechanisms, executing benefits sharing and cost allocating competition reciprocity mechanism and improve the performance appraisal and supervision evaluation combining mechanism.
