Occupational Well-being closely related to positive work attitude,behaviors and results is the overall quality of experience and functioning of staff in the work.lt not only include experience,cognitive and evaluation related to workplace,but also emphasize individual existing significance and value in the organization.In a enterprise,leadership has close ties with employees.If business leaders give full play to the role and have positively impact on employees' psychological perception,evaluation and value orientation related the work,occupational well-being of employees will raise.Those could make the enterprise get better development.As a current popular leadership style,scholars at home and abroad study the influence of transformational leadership on Occupational Well-Being from the single perspective of subjective well-being and psychological well-being,but seldom analyze different transformational leadership behaviors' influence on occupational well-being of employees in the enterprise and rarely explore psychological mechanism of them.So interpretation of previous research conclusions is limited and not conducive to deep understanding of transformational leadership behaviors' influence on occupational well-being under the comprehensive well-being perspective.Therefore,it is of great significance to study specific transformational leadership behaviors' effect on concrete occupational well-being and psychological mechanism of them.Based on the oriental cultural background and comprehensive well-being perspective,this paper combined individual factors with organizational factors influencing well-being to build a theory model:"transformational leadership behaviors——psychological capital——Occupational Well-Being".Using factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sample data from 252 employees,The author verified the relationship between transformational leadership behaviors and psychological capital of employee,the relationship between transformational leadership behaviors and occupational well-being,the relationship between psychological capital and occupational well-being,and mediating effect of individual psychological capital between transformational leadership behaviors and occupational well-beingby by spss and amos.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant relationships among transformational leadership behaviors,psychological capital and employees occupational well-being.(2)Transformational leadership behaviors can positively predict occupational well-being and psychological capital.charisma,inspirational motivation and moral modeling have positive influence on psychological capital;charisma has a significant positive influence on affective well-being,professional well-being,cognitive well-being and social well-being;inspirational motivation has a significant positive effect on affective well-being and cognitive well-being;individualized consideration has a significant positive effect on employees' affective well-being and professional well-being.(3)Psychological capital has a significant positive effect on employees'occupational well-being.And it can affect professional well-being,cognitive well-being and social well-being positively.(4)Transformational leadership behaviors is positively related to employees'occupational well-being,and this relationship was partial mediated by psychological capital.psychological capital fully mediate the relationship between charisma and affective well-being;psychological capital fully mediate the relationship between charisma and cognitive well-being;psychological capital partially mediate the relationship between charisma and professional well-being;psychological capital partially mediate the relationship between charisma and social well-being;psychological capital fully mediate the relationship between inspirational motivation and cognitive well-being;psychological capital partially mediate the relationship between inspirational motivation and affective well-being.
