In the trend of world economic globalization environment,China's economic ties with the rest of the world has become increasingly frequent,closer cooperation between each other,in the process of the deepening of reform and opening-up in our country,a lot of foreign enterprises value and speed up to enter the Chinese market,at the same time,domestic companies closer cooperation between the division of labor,to make our country logistics enterprise development prospect is very broad,in rapid development at the same time also faced great challenge.Many domestic logistics enterprises have to strengthen the performance appraisal to the staff,are in different degree,improve the enterprise operation efficiency and benefit,to improve the market competitiveness of logistics enterprises is helpful,therefore,to strengthen and the development of scientific and reasonable logistics enterprise staff performance appraisal,to improve the staff's enthusiasm and fighting capacity,smooth finish enterprise plan goal has important practical significance.However,any enterprise performance appraisal system is a system engineering,its formulation is a difficult and complex task.Differ in thousands ways because of the logistics enterprises are engaged in industry,enterprise's stage of development and its mode of operation,etc.There are a lot of difference,lead to their performance evaluation system have very big difference.So how to through the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for enterprise possible problems,and combined with the practical operation of the enterprise to make appropriate adjustments,and then improve their core competitiveness,to establish their own market competitive advantage,to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise has very important practical significance.JT logistics company in Shandong as the analyzing examples this paper,a concrete analysis of the company's performance appraisal system,find the shortage,targeted and put forward Suggestions for improvement,is both of theoretical exploration significance,also has the important practical guiding significance.The purpose,meaning,content and methods of the research are expounded,and the research status of the subject is introduced at home and abroad.Then it introduces some important theories about the performance appraisal of employees in logistics enterprises at home and abroad,and discusses the definition of performance,the connotation of performance appraisal and the characteristics of key performance indicators.In the third chapter,the present situation and the causes of performance appraisal of logistics employees are analyzed,and the problems existing in the existing performance appraisalof logistics employees are analyzed,and various factors influencing the performance appraisal are found out.The fourth chapter puts forward the method of improving the performance appraisal system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to redesign the performance appraisal system of the logistics enterprise staff,including the design principle,the content and method of the examination and the construction of the performance index system.The fifth chapter is mainly empirical analysis,through the introduction of Shandong JT logistics enterprise staff performance appraisal system status,analysis of its existing problems,put forward the staff performance appraisal improvement program.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and points out the research prospect.
