| Human Resources are the foundation of prosperity of nations and long live of enterprises,especially in the era of highly industrialized and intelligence controlled contemporary world.The technology-intensive industries,such as power plants,are particularly facing severe business situation and external social environment challenges due to the changing of macro-economic policy and deepening of industry structure reform.To enhance employee’s trainingsystem and maximize enterprises’ internal human resources potentiality thus necessarily become a strategy optionto reach the organizational objectives.Based on plenty of desk review and theoretical study combined with data collection and statistical analysis quantitatively and qualitatively,our research and investigation of X Heat & power CO.,Ltd.discloses its investment shortage,institutional weakness and ill-standardizationof current training system.The lack of leadership recognization,insufficiency of organizational support and absence of systeminstitutionalization,among others,are basic reasons which may exist widespread in the industry.Hereafter we propose a multi-angle optimization of the current training system for problem solving based on the research and analysis.To highlight the performance-based Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E)as the primary focus,the article takes empirical analysis approach to conduct case study on M&E issue both quantitatively and qualitatively.Supporting measures are designed to make sure the proposed optimization strategy well implemented.The goal is corresponding to sort out employee training,career development and strategy design of the enterprise.The practicality and feasibility of the proposed strategy could empower X Heat & power CO.,Ltd.solve its training systemproblems,and play as a model for similar enterprises which can be duplicated in the power industry. |
