| 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, in the increasingly fierce market competition, talent has become the key to competition among enterprises, who have a talent, who take advantage in the fierce market competition, where does the talent come from? On the one hand Enterprises acquire talent through recruitment of talent market, on the other hand Enterprises cultivate talents through the business training, from the long-term development, the most important way is through the enterprises training.SMEs are an important component of China’s socialist market economy, SMEs has made outstanding contributions for socialist market economy in solving the employment problem, promoting economic development, maintaining social order and stability, etc. The small and medium private enterprises make their own contribution of enterprise human capital preservation and appreciation. The critical way is training, the purpose of corporate training is to train their own high-quality personnel for enterprises,to reduce production costs,to improve labor productivity and to strengthen the introduction of live human capacity.The staff training of current private enterprise is at an early stage in China, the training system is not mature yet, the private business leaders led to many problems in action and conceptual errors.In this paper, the main problem for Shuya home company’s training system were analyzed and studied, a lot of human resource management and MBA theoretical knowledge learned when I learned were used, the company’s training situation, as well as some of the major problems that exist in the training process, for some of the major problem, it focused, targeted to solve the problem embodiment, the continuous optimization of it, and finally the company’s training programs can be effectively implemented and made operational safeguards to achieve the desired training effect through training, relevant aspects of future research on the issue of similar enterprises training system can learn from some of the theoretical knowledge and practical experience. |
