Study On The Function Of Industry Association In The Construction Of Green Mines

Nowadays,China has crossed the threshold into a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and Green Development is the theme of the new era and runs through all walks of life.Mining is the foundation of the realization of socialist modernization.Under the new development situation,the mining industry must reverse the situation of "dirty,chaotic,disorder" and reshape the image of the mining industry.Developing green mining and creating ecological civilization.The industry association,as NGO,is an important part of China's socialist market economy.It has particular function and advantages in promoting industry self-regulation and industry development.The construction of green mines is a concrete measure for the development of green mining.The issue of the“Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Green Mines" in 2017 provided guidance and direction for the construction of green mines.The industry association needs to play its function based on the implementation opinions,and promote the realization of the green mine pattern.In this context,this paper takes the China Mining Association as an example to study the function of industry association in the construction of green mines.This paper first shows that the industry association is a specific requirement for the promotion of green mine construction,in the new era of the development of green mining.Secondly,it elaborates the concept,classification,function,historical changes and current status of the industry association,and also the conception,connotation and development history of the green mine.Afterwards,it teases out the China Mining Association and its functioning in the construction of green mines.It indicates the problems of lack of federation functions,limitations of service functions,and insufficient of self-discipline functions.It conducts empirical research on the cases through a series of questionnaires,and analyzes the reasons for the underperformed function of the industry association in the construction of green mines,including:insufficient service awareness,low credibility,and inadequate capabilities.It also puts forward concrete perfect countermeasures to improve the standard construction,public opinion guidance,platform construction,credit construction,and strengthening its own capability.Finally,it concludes that the industry association is an indispensable role in the construction of green mines.It is necessary to carry out the work,closely focusing on relevant policies and opinions,adhering to the idea of"standard lead,coordination and cooperation,and with sincerity",fully playing the role of the association,and to co-create the green development.
