With the specialization of international division of labor and new adjustments of world industrial construction and deepening of professional specialization,corporates contract out non-core business to outsourcing supplier,so they can reduce operating and management costs,meanwhile,focus on research and development of core business,efficiently utilize external resources,enhance business process performance,maintain and expand market share,strengthen the core competitiveness and the ability to respond to the environment.Service outsourcing as the propeller of modern service industry,its rapid expansion will also bring new challenges to the human resource management of the outsourcing enterprises.According to the profit model of service outsourcing enterprises,how to realize win-win between enterprises and employees,how to design an efficient salary system to meet the needs of employees,how to improve the salary satisfaction of employees,and then increase the competitiveness of enterprises,It has become the key problem that outsourcing enterprises have to face.In this paper,take a foreign service outsourcing enterprise responsible for business process outsourcing staff as the research object,based on the related theories on salary management and salary satisfaction,combined with the current status of project development and salary system in target enterprises,through the salary satisfaction questionnaire,analyze the several aspects of the salary satisfaction of target enterprise employees including salary level,salary management,salary promotion,welfare treatment,input factors and basic information,to obtain the factors that affect employee satisfaction,further to address the strategy of improving salary satisfaction,which are:differentiated salary level strategy for different employee groups,develop salary raising strategy,improve performance salary system,enhance the utility of internal pay,strengthen salary communication,and analyze the anticipate results.Then,the conclusion of the research is combed,and suggestions on management and prospects are put forward.This paper not only has practical significance to enhance the salary satisfaction of target enterprises but also provides reference for other service outsourcing enterprises human resource management and salary management.
