Research On The Development Of Commercial Bank Outlets Lighting In China

As the financial environment is changing in the world,the operating mode of commercial banks is also undergoing earth-shaking changes in China.The original operating mode is being impacted in a fierce competition among commercial banks so that most commercial banks begin to transform branches,including the layout of branches,the allocation of personnel and equipment and so on,all which are collectively known as the light-weight of branches.All commercial banks should consider how to achieve the lightweight of branches,enhance the production capacity of branches as well as promote the development of enterprise business and personal business,to effectively occupy the market share and remain invincible relying on a straightforward and efficient lightweight process.Therefore,commercial banks carry out a lightweight change of business branches based on their conditions.In this paper,the author studies the pilot results of the lightweight of branches of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in the Tianjin area and explicates the goals and ideas of the lightweight of branches of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank by the background analysis and the SWOT analysis.Specifically,the redefinition of branch functions and the scientific scheduling system.Through the establishment of centralized operation center,remote authorization,centralized and professional concrete businesses,the collection of archives and distribution of vouchers and cash are achieved to provide strong support for the lightweight of branches.Also,management methods and assessment mechanisms are established to promote the lightweight change of branches.Also,some improvement methods are put forward after analyzing the shortcomings of change according to the current results.In conclusion,it is necessary to carry out the lightweight change of branches to adapt to variations in the financial environment for commercial banks.With the light-weight change of branches of commercial banks as the research object,the author analyzes the branch layout,the machine setting,the staffing,the business model and other aspects and thus concludes experience of the light-weight of branches of commercial banks,which can provide practical basis for further change of the light-weight of branches of commercial banks.
