Mobile Phone Network Sales Mode Analysis

This thesis based on Management Knowledge, this article is trying to analyze Network Sales which is one of the mobile phone sales modes. Mobile phone manufacturing and sales has come into a stage with high speed development, where the sales volume of which is getting higher and higher, however, profit is losing. The sales channel of mobile phone has been greatly changed. At the mean time, Network Sales brings mobile phone sales new chances with its high efficiency regarding the return of investment. The implementation of mobile phone network sales can be very difficult and challenging since it needs the combination of research and industrialization. Therefore, the study to mobile phone network sales mode is significant to the mobile phone industry. Using SWOT analysis, Case study, Comparison Analysis and Synthesize Analysis, this article studies the mobile phone network sales mode from analyzing current and developing status, competitors, market and business modes, discusses problems existed in mobile phone network sales mode and looks into the future.
