Research On Fresh Agricultural E-commerce Logistics Distribution Center Performance Evaluation

With the development of the national economy,the urban residents' life quality requirements continue to improve.The frequent occurrence of food safety incident enhances people's awareness of food security and arise a higher requirement for fresh food.As an emerging industry,fresh agricultural e-commerce provides a convenient access to fresh food for people.Some supplier flagship organic and imported food to meet consumers' needs which leading to a certain degree of market and rapid development.However,the natural quality of short shelf life and easy perishable of fresh agricultural products presents a big challenge to fresh agricultural e-commerce:cold chain and rapid turnover.Most consumer concerns the delivery speed and the freshness when they buy fresh agricultural products on the network.As the last node connecting to consumers,the distribution center plays an important role in the preservation of goods and the speed of logistics response.In addition,the logistics distribution center is an important cost center among the supply chain as a series of complex business process operated in it every day,so its operational efficiency is very important.Therefore,to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system for fresh agriculture distribution center and use the evaluation results to guide practice will be benefit to improve its operation efficiency,help to reduce the cost of logistics and provide consumers with better experience.So it is great significance to enhance enterprise competitiveness.Based on the literature review and filed research,this thesis use BSC model to organize and establish the performance evaluation index system of fresh food e-commerce logistics distribution center.Through KMO and Bartlett test to do the correlation analysis of index system and then use the ANP to calculate the weight of each index.Optimize the index system by ABC classification method.At last make an empirical study on fresh food e-commerce Wuhan branch of M company by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and obtain a reasonable evaluation on its 3 consecutive months'performance.
