With the birth of the balance of treasure which exploded the internet of finance,Internet financial enterprises engaged in business from the third party payment to the Internet financial management,Internet lending,internet insurance and other fields constantly,showing an ecological trend.In this process,ali finance is the most representative.This paper takes the Ali finance-the representative of Internet finance company as the object,and studies the strategies and route of its construction of Internet financial ecosphere.By analysising the benefits and problems it encountered in the formation of its ecosphere when developing its financial businesses,I try to find out the key business and the improvement direction in the enterprise development in the future.At the same time,I believe it will also provide a reference for the innovation and development of Internet financial industry.This paper found that the Internet financial companies develop powerfully through the construction of financial platform to reduce the users' learning and education costs with micro credit technology,financial crowd technology,economies of scale advantage and long tail advantage found in Internet users.However,they are also confinded to a certain extent by some disadvantages such as over-relying on Internet technology,the innovational financial model is easily to be replicated,having many characteristics of industry competitors.In addition,the policy environment of national regulation has been gradually strengthened in recent years?So analysing the construction of ecologocial circle of Ali financial group,tring to find the building elements,building methods and the successively sequence of this intenet financial company is the main purpose of this paper.Finally,this paper draws a conclusion that Internet enterprises need constantly adjust the strategic objectives in resource integration after the underlying framework buiding,functional module construcion and the scenario development,to achieve the harmonious development of the subject and the environment by dynamically adjusting all parts of the ecological circle to improve the financial ecosystem.
