This article is focus on the female manager's leadership status,though the questionnaire and research to investigate and analysis the reasons.Based on the weakness leadership skills to develop some tailed suggestion.The objective of this article is the female leaders in enterprises.we will focus on the female leadership development,based on the model of excellent leadership skills,include 5 aspects and ten indicators to analysis and summarize the situation and find the gap,then give some suggestions to improve,use coaching methodology,target management,lifelong learning etc.In order to finish the research,we choose the method of questionnaires.Help to find the root cause and tailored the way to improve.The target or the goal of this article is to organize a way for female leadership development,let them increase the eager to develop the business part,and also improve the hierarchy,include the respect and importance.Accompany with this,promote the enterprises leadership improve,and business grow up,also balance the human resources management.
