With the rapid development and reform of the market economy,it is one of the key factors for an enterprise to stay invincible for a long time in order to adapt to the development of The Times and the rapid changes of the macro environment,achieve sustainable,stable and healthy development,and improve the leadership of managers.For an enterprise,the role played by middle managers is crucial.The grass-roots staff led by them are the subject of implementing enterprise policies and promoting organizational change,which is of great significance for the smooth operation of various work in the organization and the achievement of enterprise strategic goals.Therefore,the leadership assessment for middle managers is very significant for measuring the internal management efficiency and enterprise development potential.In the study of middle managers leadership,foreign literature on leadership competency model research is relatively abundant,such as the trait theory of leadership,leadership behavior theory,the contingency theory of leadership,such as practical model,industry characteristics,cultural background,but foreign companies governance mode,personnel structure,such as content,have bigger difference,with the domestic actual situation of our country enterprise leadership model building.Empirical studies on middle-level leadership in domestic literature are relatively scarce.This paper establishes the leadership model of middle managers of LW company,deeply analyzes and elaborates the current status and possible problems of the leadership of middle managers of LW company,and provides feasible suggestions for the improvement of leadership of middle managers of LW company.Based on the study of relevant literature and theories on leadership,this paper conducts the following research work on LW company :1.Select the middle-level leadership quality characteristics of LW company and establish a five-dimensional leadership quality model;2.Conducted 360 evaluation through questionnaire,evaluated the current leadership status of middle managers in LW company,and analyzed the causes of problems from internal management and external environment.3.Give Suggestions on the improvement of leadership of middle managers in LW company.This paper introduces the theory of leadership effectively with LW company middle managers leadership to promote construction of organic integration,on the basis of theory,the LW company middle managers leadership level has carried on the research analysis,the first comprehensive research and design of LW company middle managers leadership competency model,and explores the company in the management mechanism,evaluation mechanism,evaluation mechanism,training mechanism and so on,enrich the LW company middle managers leadership promote construction measures,not only strengthen the top managers of middle-level leadership value and the meaning of leadership improve cognition and value degree,It also provides a full reference for the leadership improvement practice of middle managers in LW company and has a strong guiding role.
