Study On Influencing Factors And Strategy Of Standardization Management Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

There are many problems such as the large base of small and medium-sized enterprises,the low management level,the short life cycle and the poor economic returns.However,small and medium-sized enterprises have an important role in paying taxes and providing jobs.Therefore,This topic attempts to take small and medium enterprises as the research object.Medium-sized enterprises there are many Management problems,Standardized management is an effective way to improve the management level rapidly.Therefore,this paper takes standardization as the research content.In the field of standardization management,there is little research on the factors of standardization management,especially for the standardization management research of smes.In conclusion,the above three points are the original intention of this topic.In this paper,the theoretical part of the use of literature review and interview methods,combined with a large umber of literature and theoretical results summed up the problems of standardization and collection of the main factors affecting standardization.The main problems of small and medium-sized enterprises are the incomplete standardization system,the lack of operability of the system documents,the difficult evaluation of the implementation effect,the backwardness of the concept of high-level enterprises and infrastructure,and the lack of professional managers.There are six main factors in the influencing factors,which are demonstrated by qualitative analysis and questionnaire survey.On this basis,the influencing factors model of standardized management is established.Through the direct and indirect influence factors as horizontal and vertical coordinate,the enterprise standardization is divided into four types:robot type,honey type,chicken ribs type and sun flower type.The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the above four types of standardization enterprises,and discusses how to take the promotion strategy.Finally,the method and procedure of improving the standard management level from the point of view of influencing factors and Deming cycle are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are that there are six main factors affecting the standard management level of small and medium enterprises,namely enterprise life cycle,basic conditions,enterprise strategy,corporate culture,personnel awareness and management ability.Among them,enterprise life cycle,basic conditions and enterprise strategy are the direct influencing factors;corporate culture,personnel consciousness and management ability are indirect influencing factors.
