The core competitive ability of enterprises of life service industry is not only from the individual advantage technology and products,but also from fostering new forms and exploring the new mode which made enterprise obtain the core competitive advantage and the key to realizing sustainable development.Along with our country promoting the quality of life of residents,consumption levels rise,consumer demand increasingly diverse.Different customer requirements different market segments.Firms that provide products and services are different in value proposition and satisfaction.Exchange of demand is an important opportunity to enterprises to expand new forms and patterns.On the basis of the practice of new model and new forms of calling upon the theoretical support,this paper is about the innovation and generation of the formats of service industry.This paper select life service industry mode as the research subject,from the angle of consumer behavior and their cognitive,using theoretical analysis and case analysis with the combination of research methods,trying to solve a core problem: the modern life of the new generation and innovation mechanism of services format.This article is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the research significance,the purpose of this article,methods,related literature review,research contents and possible innovation points and deficiencies.The second part is about the theoretical foundation of the modern life of consumer behavior and their cognitive,respectively from the produce process of consumer behavior,enterprise the cognitive process of consumer behavior,consumer behavior,cognitive impact on enterprise paper expounds three aspects.The third part is the core content of this article,it is in the consumer behavior research,on the basis of the modern life of new pattern,a new generation of services and innovation mechanism of the theory analysis,summed up the "consumer behavior,consumer group,model innovation,forms the embryo-generation" of new forms of generating mechanism,and includes concept innovation,organization innovation,technology innovation,innovation mechanism,and points out that to overlay the two relations,then draw lessons from population established domain research,proposed the establishment of new formats theorem and simple.The fourth part is on the basis of theoretical analysis,using case and empirical combination of analysis of the tourism industry new model and new forms of produce process.The fifth part is the research conclusion of this article summarized and concluded,and starting from the three aspects: consumers,businesses,government,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The main point of this article: consumer behavior cognition and enterprise itself resource constraints explain services business mode innovation and generation.Around this point of view,the main conclusions are: first of all,enterprise innovation activities by the cognition of consumer behavior improve the efficiency of enterprise decision-making and optimize the organizational structure.Secondly,through dividing the consumer group of enterprises,innovative model,and the new mode selection,imitation,reproduction,forming new forms,new forms of generating mechanism and innovation mechanism is superimposed relationship which complement with each other.
