| Based on the result of theoretical research that existed both at home and abroad, combined with the practice of layer-ducks industry and industrial developing trend, this thesis was mainly studied the features of the organization behavior of the national layer-ducks industry in the open market environment, to promote the improvement of industrial structure of national layer-ducks industry and the virtual industrial healthy developing problems. First, the thesis vitally construct its analysis structure based on the correlation studies----by analyzing the trait of the production of behavior subject of distinct industrial organization and market behavior, illustrating the layer-ducks industry developing process, characteristics and behavior texture. Besides, the demonstration analysis of various organization productive benefit and productivity analyzes the relation between productive benefit, structure and market behavior, construct index system of industrial organization benefit and productive evaluation, provide organization innovation and structural optimization of layer-ducks industry with route choice.
