| In the face of cross-border integration management environment,organizational success has been driven by “elements” to “innovation”.Organizational management thinking is urgently needed to show a new perspective.Acquiring for sustainable competitive advantage,organization must be constantly innovated.Innovation of employee is the source of organizational innovation that most enterprises should realize the importance,but practice shows that even enterprises take a lot of measures to encourage employee to innovate,the innovation effect is not very obviously existed,even some mediocre developers switched to other multinational companies and they can develope new products.The main reason is the materials of innovation resources are in the hand of business and management.While the enthusiasm and motivation of innovation of employee is still in the external management,and very few companies encourage innovation of employee from the individual traits.Therefore,to explore the factors affecting employee’s innovation behavior and how to stimulate innovative behavior of employees have become important research topics.The upgrading of manufacturing and service industry by the innovation of knowledge intensive business services to the has become the source of innovation of different industrial development,especially for the research on knowledge intensive services.To sum up,this paper analyzes employee’s innovation behavior of knowledge intensive service through individual characteristics.Lifestyle is the comprehensive performance of value and personality,which is also one of the factors affecting employee’s innovation behavior.Organizational incentive is one of the factors of organizational context and it is also a kind of positive measure to motivating employee’s individual innovation behavior.Taking the employees of KIBS as the research object,this paper analyzes the relationship between lifestyle,organizational incentive and employee’s innovation behavior,then establishes a conceptual model and puts forward research hypothesis.Meanwhile,on the basis of the former research results,the author uses the methods of issuance ofquestionnaires,recycling and processing of data by proper questionnaire;at last,using the SPSS22.0 software and the related data statistics methods,the author analyzes the samples and tests the results of the relationship between the three variables.In this paper the knowledge intensive service industry employees as the research object,to explore life style based on literature and previous research on the relationship between organizational incentive and employee innovation behavior of the three,while searching for related theory further to determine the relationship between these three constructs a conceptual model,and put forward the relevant research hypotheses;then according to the Study on the variables selected the corresponding scale,design data of the questionnaire,through the pre survey to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and the revised form a formal questionnaire;then select survey questionnaire,questionnaire recovery and sorting,using the SPSS22.0 software and the related data statistics method of recovery the sample analysis,difference analysis of individual information and correlation analysis and regression analysis of the relationship between the variables and the influence.The following conclusions are drawn by analysis and test:Firstly,by using factor analysis and cluster analysis,the lifestyle of employee can be divided into three types: the prophet leadership type,loving challenges and learning type,conservative type;Secondly,there is significant positive correlation between the employee’s lifestyle of KIBS and the individual innovative behavior.In KIBS,the prophet leadership type lifestyle and loving challenges and learning type lifestyle have direct positive effect on the individual innovative behavior but the positive effect does not obviously exist in conservative type lifestyle;Thirdly,the mesomeric effect from the lifestyle of the prophet leadership type and loving challenges and learning type to the individual innovative behavior does not completely take effect by instrumental incentive and emotional incentive.While those two types of lifestyle directly take effect on the individual innovative behavior.While instrumental incentive and emotional incentive have no mediating effect on the individual innovative behavior of conservative type.he lifestyle.Finally,based on the conclusions of this study,the author puts forward some suggestions on the level of management in Knowledge-Intensive Business Service enterprises and also hopes that this paper can help enterprises to select innovative employee and adopt incentive measures to stimulate their innovative behavior according to the different types of lifestyle. |
