Among the chemical industries,paint concerns the national economy and people's livelihood.Under the new economic situation,paint enterprises are facing more intense market competition,which requires more capital and technological investment,as well as giving full play to initiative of talents,realizing breakthroughs by improving performance.Therefore,it should be the future direction of many paint enterprises to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and increase the company's ability to attract talent through a series of good performance incentive system,accomplishing rapid growth and technological innovation of enterprises together with the overall quality of service sales promotion.Firstly,this paper summarizes the achievements of previous research on Performance Evaluation theory and Incentive theory,based on a review of the performance evaluation system of each stage of Kansai Paint,this paper points out the reasons for the problems existing in the present performance evaluation system of Kansai paint.Secondly,refers to all Performance Evaluation theory and Incentive theory,selects the theory of Balanced Scorecard Card as the framework for the recreation of the performance evaluation system of Kansai paint.Thirdly,this project provides different performance evaluation systems for departments including marketing,technology research and development and production to avoid the "single size" of the "single" assessment model.Finally,this paper analyzes the safeguard measures required to carry out the new performance evaluation projects.The conclusion of this paper has some reference significance for Kansai paint's own development,such as improving the long-term scientific performance evaluation system,so as to further enhance the company's possession and competition in the market and make itself develop rapidly.At the same time,the results of this paper can also be applied to other similar performance evaluation system.
