In the background of consumption upgrade and Internet penetration to the entire industry,massive capital,advanced technology,various industries talents flocked,all these factors help catering industry to rise very fast,as the typical industry of small and medium-sized enterprises,catering revenue growth in 2016 was 11.3%,not only higher than the Chinese GDP7.5%,the level has become a leader in the industry with two digit growth.Catering industry plays a significant role in expanding employment,revitalizing the economy,creating demand and promoting competition.As the main way of the catering industry in small and medium-sized catering enterprises,development is still faced with many problems,the first is the shortage of funds,the main financing way of small and medium-sized catering enterprises loans to commercial banks,but in practice,because of China's commercial bank's lack of credit rating system,catering enterprises credit is undervalued.In order to avoid credit risk rather than loans to such enterprises,it's hard to get money from banks,which exacerbated the shortage of funds of small and medium-sized catering enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a credit rating system in line with the characteristics of our country's small and medium-sized catering enterprises.In this paper,the analysis of risk factors related to the existence of credit business process and each stage,using the theories of risk management,through the construction of credit risk identification model,make it possible to put forward a new method to solve the problem of credit risk management division analysis of catering SME credit business.Reasonable use of the empirical analysis of A bank Shanghai branch's relevant business,according to its own characteristics of small and medium-sized catering enterprises to build a fully and scientifically credit index system,find out the Shanghai branch of A bank's problem in risk control,to solve the bank's credit risk control and puts forward opinions and constructive countermeasures correspondingly,strengthen the commercial banks in the market competitive advantage,improve the level of small and medium-sized enterprises credit services,which has important reference and practical significance to the Commercial Bank of our country,to find the way to how to control the relevant business credit risk,explore the new way to solve the problems.
