| With China’s economy development in high speed,domestic inflation and RMB devaluation,the cost of raw material and labor force increase,which make lots of multinational manufacturing companies have operation pressure aggravatedly.R&D and innovation ability enhancement and comparative lower operation cost of domestic manufacturing industry make the multinational manufacturing compete fiercely.Under these circumstances,attracting,motivating and retaining key talents and enhance the operation efficiency become the priority task for the enterprise to succeed in the external fierce market competition besides the market share gaining and sales achievement.In this paper,the MA Co.,Ltd is researched as an example.There are some problems existing in MA Co.,Ltd,such as high turnover rate,high employees’ dissatisfactions on C&B’s external uncompetitive and internal inequality,narrow career development path,less promotion opportunity,low employee morale and negative working attitude,low productivity,high defects,ect.From the problems’ analysis,we can judge that current Total Compensation need to be optimized.Through the analysis about the results of active employees’ survey on current Total Compensation,we find out the problems and reasons,work out Total Compensation Optimum Scheme and the implementation action in order to make sure the effective execution.The mentioned problems existing in MA Co.,Ltd is prevailing in the manufacturing industry.The Total Compensation Optimum Scheme would be used for reference by other manufacturing companies which is benefit for organization efficiency enhancement and human resources effective motivation. |
