Study On Development Of Lemon Industry In Heyuan City

China is the world's largest producer of lemons,and Heyuan is a major producer of lemons in china.With the development of the rural economy and agricultural modernization,lemon industry in some areas in Heyuan as the leading industry and farmers' income growth,give full play to the comparative advantage of the lemon industry more prominent role.In our country,the cost and price of most agricultural products are higher than the international level,but the lemon products have obvious advantages both in cost and price in the international market.Therefore,the development of modern lemon industry,expanding its industrial chain,and achieving its multiple value-added are important ways to improve the overall efficiency of agriculture and increase the income of citrus farmers.In addition,the formation of food processing industry chain with lemon as the raw material plays an important role in optimizing the rural industrial structure and developing the local economy.In this paper,using field investigation,literature review,case analysis and other methods,selects the Heyuan lemon industry as the research object,analyzes the development status of lemon industry in Heyuan,points out the existing problems of the Heyuan lemon industrial development,mainly including: the low level of industrialization;competitiveness of enterprises weak lemon lemon processing industry output should be improved;contribution;industrial agglomeration.On the basis of the analysis,the reasons for the problems of lemon industry development in Heyuan are analyzed,including: the operation mechanism is unreasonable,the market mechanism is not perfect,the soft environment of the base needs to be improved,and the market competition is further intensified.Aiming at the above problems,the paper put forward the proposal on the development of lemon industry in Heyuan City,which is in the process of breeding,cultivation,processing and marketing of ecological road,be specific: 1 guide the industrial scale development;2 to promote scientific and technological innovation;3 developing ecological leisure agriculture and forestry;4 establish a lemon science development pattern of industrial economy.
