A Study On The Work Stress Management Of The Employees In The Chassis R&D Department Of FD Automobile Company

The competition in Automobile industry became increasing everyday since it had been the the most important pillar of China's national economy.Nowadays,Chinese Automobile industry is in the super fast development while the opportunity and the challenge are always along with it.Almost all the automobile companies put the Development&Research engineers in the core position with high responsibilities that makes them working under a huge working strss in the meantime.It is known that the high working stress will decrease the working efficiency of people and organization as well.And the long term working stress would further influence the daily works,ane even body&mind health of the employees.Therefore,it is really important for the organization to develop and maintain a healthy,stable,and well controlled working environment with acceptable working stress condition to ensure the employees could fulfil their competency and enthusiasm.In such a background,this study is to understand the working stress situation and related influence for all the employees within Chassis department of FD Automobile Company through the questionnaire survey and to address the root cause and resource of working stress through the statistical analysis.According to which and based on the experience gained from previous study globally,the goal of this study is to deliver the working stress management proposals for the organization and its employees from a practical aspect of organization management.
