As the rapid development of informations welling,high social development, andthe employment area are gradually getting diversified, the update of traditionalconcept and value system cause the increaseof women’s social labor participation rate.Butat the same time the pressure was coming for career women who isin the workwhen they achieve their social value.The study on stress at work has been made a lotof progress,but for professional women as the research object of the problem of therelationship between job stress and performance research is still relatively lack.Themain purpose of this study is based on social support and two factors work-familyconflict as a moderator variable, with professional women work pressure and therelationship between work performance and the empirical analysis, according to theresearch results to explore career women’s main work pressure source, therelationship between job stress and job performance has adjust effect their relationsvariables.According to the research purpose and content, this paper mainly adoptsliterature research, questionnaire and statistical analysis of research methodson thebasis of relevant literature research.To find out the right research breakthrough pointand the related research tools, and build a hypothesis model, using the SPSS19.0tofactor analysisand questionnaire to collect the effective data of scale reliability andvalidity of test analysis, and carries on the descriptive statistics for all study variablesanalysis, emphatically discusses the career women work pressure and individualperformance and the relationship between cause and effect, and the degree of socialsupport and work family conflict on job stress and job performance relationshipprofessional women do the multiple regression analysis, and the research results arediscussed. Through the analysis and test, the research of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the analysis, the most pressure for woman is organizationalculture and work environment, job growth, job requirements and individual adaptability. It also have significant difference in professional women’s marital statusand education leveland exists significant difference in nature;(2)There were significantdifference on marital status and unit character forsurveyed professional women;(3)There is a significant positive correlation betweenwork stress and jobperformance for professional women in this survey;(4) There is a positive correlation between the four dimensions of job stress andtask performance in task performance; there is a positive correlation between theperformance of working pressure in four dimensions of job demands and contextualperformance;(5) Social support and work-family conflict as the moderators between job stressand job performance plays a certain role of regulation. And this regulation are mainlyconcentrated in the the relationship between “organizational culture and workenvironment” and work performance.Finally according to the conclusions, in order to promote the positive impact ofwork pressure occupation women to avoid negative effects on job performance, jobpressure is presented in this paper should be a cause of common concern ofindividuals, enterprises and society, and puts forward the countermeasures occupationfemale job stress management from the three aspects of the individual level,organizational level and social level.
