In recent years,EQ has attracted more and more attention.EQ has become the main factor that affects the success of individual or the development of career smoothly.People gradually expand it to become the main factor influencing enterprise management.With the high frequency of EQ,people expand the concept of EQ to the employees of the enterprise,the team of the enterprise,the whole of the enterprise.The introduction of EQ into the enterprise,from the specific environment of the en-terprise and the original meaning of the concept of EQ to understand.Enterprise EQ refers to the ability of the enterprise as a whole to have the cognition,regulation and management of emotion and emotion.It reflects the harmony of the relationship be-tween the members of the enterprise at different levels,as well as the relationship between the enterprise,other organizations and publicLooking back over the years the literature will find that the definition of business EQ is still in junior phase.There is no consistent definition.So the composition of enterprise EQ is not distinct too.Domestic research on EQ isalso out of the embry-onic stage,most of the theoretical research is only out of the exploratory stage.This study takes the research enterprise-IKEA as an example to carry on the empirical analysis,carries on the empirical analysis to the enterprise management from the en-terprise employee EQ,Team EQ,Organization EQ angle,and carries on the relevance and the countermeasure to the enterprise EQ in the enterprise management Research;the final analysis of the results from the data to support the theory,EQ theory finally get the theory and examples of double-sided support.
