Entrepreneurial Team Management Studies For A Company

With the rapid development of China's economy,people can create and set up a legal entity with core competitiveness relying on superior internal environment and external advantages,thus people can increase personal values,collective interests,and state will.Under the beneficial entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial behavior gradually transfers from necessity to developmental,from labor-intensive to scientific and technological innovation.With the trends of entrepreneurial development,entrepreneurial team plays a critical role in current entrepreneurial groups,and in turn promotes the rapid development trend.Therefore,because of the high speed of development and promising developing direction,entrepreneur team with cutting-edge technology in China has attracted growing attention in both academic and practical domains.However,for academic,extant research about entrepreneur team mainly focuses on the impacts of intrinsic and extrinsic,team features on team performance.For industry,research relating the solutions towards organization structure,operation process,team management which is critical for managers to solve practical problems is still scarce.According to this background,this paper explored the enterprise practical problems existing in the management process by analyzing and organizing the problems in A entrepreneur team.Moreover,based on the related theory and industrial experience,we describes the reasons which lead to the critical problems in entrepreneur team as the foundation of solutions for A entrepreneur team.Furthermore,considering the critical role of theory and practical experience in entrepreneur team management,we put forward a solutions corresponding to reasons we mentioned above.Lastly,to guarantee the effectiveness and efficacy of solutions,we designed specific safeguard which also contributes to the further explorations about the validity of guarantee measures.During this process,we give a new insight to the definition of entrepreneur team kernel layer,we believe this research will not only expand and subdivide the entrepreneur team per se,but also contributes to new directions and solutions about entrepreneur team management.It is valuable that the problems in A entrepreneur team management are similar in other entrepreneur team which indicates the potential application of our research results and practical suggestions.
