The Relationship Between Suzhou's Human Capital And Export Trade

With the development of modern economy,human capital has gradually become the equivalent of social production Endogenous variable.In the new economy,human capital has also gradually become the critical factor to promote the increasing of export and optimize the export structure.There is no doubt that the influence of human capital is more obvious.Under this background,as the second largest export city,Suzhou is chosen as the research objective.It is important to discuss that whether there is some relationship between human capitals and export trade and how to optimize the regional human capital to promote the increase of the export.This essay introduces the conception of human capital and the research about the relationship between human capital and export trade in the international trade theory.Using the theoretical relationship of international trade,economic growth and human capital and economic growth,this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of human capital for trade export.This essay analyzes the relationship between human capital stock and the increase of the export trade from the perspective of the education investment and also takes consideration of the physical capital and gross labor force,which makes the research more comprehensive.In addition,it also analyzes the export trade structure,the condition of the export and human capital level and then discloses the problems behind.Finally,the essay selects the export measuring index and human capital measuring index the according to the condition of export and the feature of human capital and does the empirical research.Combined with the actual situation of Suzhou,this essay uses relevant statistical data from 1996 to 2015 with a variety of measures to detect the relationship between human capital and export trade.The results show that the human capital stock in Suzhou is positively correlated with the export trade,and the contribution of human capital is higher than the contribution of material capital investment.Meanwhile,the increase of the export value can influence the accumulation of human capital.In the short term,human capital stock of Suzhou has positive effect on export value,which means that the government's investment on education is good for the development of export trade.In the long term,only the human capital accumulated to a certain degree,can the human capital do large influence on the export value.In the stage of industrial upgrade and optimization,it is necessary to increase the education investment and promote the quality of staff.In this way,human capital of Suzhou will promote the export value significantly in the future.
