With the development of Internet information technology,the country put forward the "Internet+ action plan "and China manufacturing 2025" plan of the new strategy,promote the industrial development of digitalization and intelligentization of new formats.The integration of development and Internet+ manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for manufacturing enterprise personnel.The use of human resources management system to meet the needs of the manufacturing enterprise transformation and upgrading of talent has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the flexible management of human resources in manufacturing enterprises as the research object to build a flexible management system of human resources in line with the development of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzes the status of manufacturing flexibility of human resources management at home and abroad,summed up the "Internet+,"the flexibility of human resources management related concepts and Internet plus manufacturing characteristics,summarizes the status of manufacturing enterprise human resources management and the existing problems in China;secondly,design the questionnaire analysis of factors the effect of manufacturing enterprise flexibility of human resources management,through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire data for statistical analysis,the factors affecting the manufacturing enterprise flexibility of human resources management,determine the flexible management of human resources dimension;finally,according to the dimension of the manufacturing flexibility of human resources management system,and use cases the feasibility analysis of verification of manufacturing enterprise human resources management system.The results show that the flexible management of human resources in manufacturing enterprises has great research value and research significance,and can solve many problems of human resource management in manufacturing enterprises.In addition,the flexible management system,flexible enterprise culture,enterprise information management and human resources planning,flexible human resource flexibility training,human resources assessment and flexible resources flexible incentive seven elements have a significant impact on manufacturing flexibility of human resources management in the enterprise,through the above factors to build the scientific and reasonable management system.
