With the rapidly development and change of China’s economic running, the enterprises must have the ability of quick-responsing to survive and grow in the complex environment, thus domestic and international academic and business are ongoing to explore and apply the concept of flexible management. Comparing with the traditional "rigid management",the "flexible management" is running by those enterprises which aiming at "management softening", pointing to "humanistic management", giving employees "humanistic solicitude" in deep, so as to realize the harmonious management purpose. It represents the future trend and direction of the enterprise management. At the same time, the flexible management does not repel the rigid part of the managing, but presents a dialectic negation to the tough、heavy-light way and the lack of flexibility in traditional management, as far as possible to improve the flexibility in managing while keeping it in a moderate rigidity, making enterprise management more agile and more effective. The knowledge-based employees are the main object of flexible management. They are good at learning and adapting to the challenge in new environment quickly. The training of such employees are demanding more flexible employee training.This paper was based on learning organization model and corporate university model, using the method of combining the theoretical analysis and case studies, fully elaborated the human resource training. Firstly, the article expounded the theory of training process, and then described two advanced training modules including learning organization model and corporate university model. Distribution of the questionnaire and the use of literature analysis method summarize the problems of human resource training in the enterprises in our country today, and the comparative analysis of the status quo of Chinese enterprises’ training to the corporate university model improves our enterprise training. Finally, in the analysis of the necessity of flexible human resources training was put forward on the basis of constructing flexible training system in connecting the employee training and career development, building learning-oriented organization which associated with the study, building enterprise culture construction enterprises in the aspects of human resource flexibility training system. This study aims to standardize enterprise human resources training system, and the flexible management idea in will carry on the idea of flexible management and make enterprise training more humane.
