Study On Benefit Distribution Of City Cold Chain Logistics Alliance Based On Information Sharing

With the rapid economic development in our country,the level of urbanization is increasing day by day.The population of urban residents has increased dramatically.At the same time,because of the improvement of people's quality of life,the quality of fresh food has become higher and higher.In this context,China's urban cold chain logistics has developed rapidly.However,due to the heavy traffic in the city,the distribution of scattered distribution areas,the delivery mode of small batches and the strict delivery time,makes the city cold-chain logistics cost is high.In order to reduce the cost of logistics,improve the profitability of enterprises and increase the competitiveness of enterprises,the cold chain enterprises have chosen to form a logistics alliance to cooperate in the joint collection.However,due to the unreasonable distribution of benefits among enterprises and the distrust caused by the vicious competition among the partners,the cold chain logistics alliance tends to present greater instability and the coalition frequently broken.In the study of the distribution of interests within the alliance,information sharing has not received sufficient attention.But after the composition of cold chain logistics,as a result of the existence of communication will appear the phenomenon of information sharing.Organizational members who choose to share a knowledge strategy may have multiple situations.It is possible to gain more benefits,and also to the disadvantage of knowledge disclosure in competition.At the same time,if the sharing behavior is not encouraged in the distribution of interests,it will lead to the instability of alliance cooperation.Therefore,this paper studies the benefit distribution model of urban cold-chain logistics alliance from the perspective of information sharing.First of all,on the basis of existing research,this paper analyzes the importance of logistics enterprises to form logistics alliance and the significance of information sharing for the union.At the same time,it puts forward the information sharing is an important factor in adjusting the cold chain enterprise profit distribution.Secondly,use the evolutionary game theory to explore the impact of information sharing on the alliance.Then,established a dynamic replication model of evolutionary game theory and used the Jacobi matrix to judge the stability.Finally used the Matlab function display parameters change competition dynamic evolution process of cooperation.It is concluded that when enterprises improve the level of information sharing,the overall output of the alliance will increase and the corresponding distribution of benefits should also be raised.Therefore,the distribution of benefits within the Union should focus on information sharing considerations.Then select Shapley value method as the city of cold chain logistics alliance initial profit distribution plan.Then,analysis the influence factors of distribution of interests and with the method of AHP and expert scoring method to establish evaluation index system.The contribution of each enterprise to the cold chain logistics alliance is determined according to the weight of each factor.Finally,adjust Shapley initial income distribution according to contribution scheme,thus eventually gain distribution solutions.Finally,the actual case is analyzed.
