Research On Benefit Distribution Of Cold Chain Logistics Cooperative Alliance Based On TOPSIS Method

With the development of China’s economy,logistics industry is rising day by day.Due to the particularity of cold chain logistics compared with other logistics,in order to prevent corruption or damage of cold chain goods in the process of logistics operation,enterprises need to invest a lot of material,human and financial resources in the early stage to ensure the integrity of cold chain goods.However,only a few large logistics enterprises can undertake these massive investments.Small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to independently complete complex large-scale cold chain logistics tasks due to their own strength and lack of cold chain logistics technology.Therefore,some small and medium-sized cold chain logistics enterprises begin to form cold chain logistics collaborative alliances,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing logistics costs and improving corporate earnings.However,if the benefit distribution mechanism of the cold chain logistics collaborative alliance is not reasonable,it will lead to the unstable development of the alliance,vicious competition among member enterprises,and then the dissolution of the alliance.In order to achieve the ultimate interests allocation fairness,should consider various influencing factors on profit distribution,this paper from the "inputs","contribution factor" and "risk factors" multi-angle study of cold-chain logistics cooperative alliance interests allocation problem,and try to using the extension theory to solve the contradiction of interests distribution issue in the process of alliance development.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the benefit distribution of the cold chain logistics collaborative alliance.This article expounded the importance of alliance cooperation,build conditions and factors,analysis of alliance development environment,determine the cold-chain logistics cooperative alliance mode,and analysis of the principle and influence factors of the income distribution,put forward only guarantee the equality of the equity interest distribution,alliance will lasting stability,laid the cold-chain logistics cooperative alliance research foundation of interest allocation problem.Secondly,build the benefit distribution model of the early stage of the cold chain logistics collaborative alliance.Then,TOPSIS method was used to calculate the weight of each single factor,and on this basis,a multi-factor comprehensive cold chain logistics cooperative alliance benefit distribution model was constructed.Then,the benefit distribution model in the development stage of cold chain logistics collaborative alliance is constructed.Because of the uncertainty of internal and external environment in the development of alliance,the mechanism of benefit distribution must consider dynamic change.This paper uses the extension theory to diagnose the contradiction of interest distribution in the process of alliance development,and uses the extension thinking to solve the contradiction and select the optimal solution.Finally,the paper deduces the process of alliance benefit distribution by using TOPSIS method and extension theory through an example,verifies that the benefit distribution model of cold chain logistics cooperative alliance can make the distribution result more fair and reasonable by adopting multiple influencing factors,and optimizes the contradiction problems arising from the dynamic development of the alliance.
