Research On The Local Embeddedness Of The Exogenous Industrial Cluster In The Undeveloped Areas

With the development of regional economic integration and the continuous refinement of the specialized division,the industrial structure adjusted throughout the world.In recent years,under the dual pressure of industrial upgrading and factor prices,the developed eastern region industry relocated to less developed areas of the Midwest,and this can contribute to the development of the undeveloped areas.In the new round there is a phenomenon that the industrial relocation tempted to occur in a large scale.Therefore the exogenous industry cluster comes into being in the less developed areas.In the age of the knowledge economy,innovation is the fundamental driving force for regional development.Three characteristics of exogenous industrial cluster are exogenous capital?exogenous culture?and duckweed.Only the exogenous industrial cluster is embedded into the regional innovation networks,it can obtain continuous innovation ability.On the other hand,Only the less developed area government take action to improve the embeddedness of the exogenous industrial cluster,the undeveloped areas can achieve the sustainable development of regional economy by the exogenous industrial cluster.This paper firstly gives a brief introduction of the theoretical basis,explains the exogenous industrial cluster,regional innovation networks and local embeddedness in detail.Secondly,this paper analyses the mechanism of exogenous industrial cluster's local embeddedness,including dynamic factors?four stages and effect.Thirdly,this paper construct models by method of system dynamics and carry on simulation analysis.Finally taking harbin-daqing-qiqihar industrial corridor as a case,this paper describe its evolution process,pointing out the problems in its development process and putting forward the corresponding and suggestions.
