| Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in the international science and technology field and the continuous upgrading of Sino-US trade friction,China timely proposes the development idea of "double cycle" new development pattern.How to maintain competitive advantage through scientific and technological innovation becomes the key to the sustainable development of high-tech cluster enterprises.In the context of open innovation,network relationship embedding becomes an effective channel for enterprises to solve the shortage of innovation resources and improve innovation performance.Scholars have carried out a large number of empirical research around the network relationship embedding with enterprises,and the diversity of research conclusions triggered this article.This study believes that it is necessary to divide the relationship network formed by different external stakeholders,and discuss the influence and role mechanism of enterprise innovation performance on the relationship between different networks.In this context,based on open innovation theory,knowledge-based theory and social network theory,this study takes high-tech cluster enterprises as research samples to explain in detail the core issue of "how network relationship embeddedness affects innovation performance of high-tech cluster enterprises".Specifically,this study is embedded in the market network embedding and system network as a variable embedded in the network relationship.Embedding in the local market,super-local market network embedding,local institutional network embedding,super-local system network embedding as secondary variables,discusses the relationship between network relationship embedding and innovation performance;while analyzing network relationships based on knowledge management capabilities.Embed a mechanism for innovative performance,and explore environmental dynamics from external environmental levels to network relationship embedding and innovative performance,and environmental dynamics have moderated intermediary effects on knowledge management capabilities,and build research theoretical models.Based on the systematic review of the research on network relationship embeddedness,knowledge management capability,environmental dynamism and innovation performance,as well as open innovation theory,knowledge-based theory and social network theory,this study puts forward the proposition hypothesis.According to the research methods and rules of management,the questionnaire design and data investigation are carried out.In this study,84 small sample pre-test data and 309 valid questionnaires of high-tech cluster enterprises are used to test the common method bias,reliability and validity of the survey data,and correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out in SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software:(1)Market Network Embedding and Institutional Network Embedding has a significant forward promotion of corporate innovation performance,specifically,the local market network is embedded,the super-local market network is embedded,the local institutional network embedding has a significant forward promotion of innovation performance,and the super-local institutional network embedding is not significant.(2)Market network embedding and institutional network embedding has a significant positive impact on the dimensions of knowledge management capabilities.(3)Knowledge access capabilities and knowledge application capabilities have a significant positive impact on innovation performance,and knowledge sharing capabilities have no significant impact on innovation performance.(4)Knowledge management capabilities play a partial intermediary between network relationship embedding and innovation performance.(5)Environmental dynamics has a positive moderating effect on the relationship in local market networks,super-local market network embedding and local institutional network embedding and innovative performance.(6)By moderating the relationship between knowledge management capability and innovation performance,environmental dynamics moderates the role of market network embeddedness--knowledge management capabilityinnovation performance and institutional network embeddedness--knowledge management capability--innovation performanceThis study enriches the theoretical explanation that the embeddedness of network relationships affects innovation performance and improves the contextualized research.Combining the view of capability network and endogenous view of capability,a theoretical model of relational embeddedness affecting enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of heterogeneous network is constructed,and the antecedent explanation of how high-tech cluster enterprises improve innovation performance under the background of open innovation is deepened;Embedding and geographic space embedding,the comprehensive perspective division of high-tech cluster enterprise relationship embedding breaks through the limitation of simple division of cluster enterprise relationship embedding from a single perspective;the contextualized research on network relationship embedding has been expanded,and the contingency perspective has been enriched.The explanatory category of the relationship between the relationship embeddedness and innovation performance of high-tech cluster enterprises is affected by environmental dynamics,which strengthens the explanatory power of the theoretical model to a certain extent.This study helps enterprise managers focus on building external networks and strengthening internal capacity building.It is suggested that enterprise managers should pay attention to the construction of the network relationship between different external subjects,make full use of external knowledge,reduce enterprise costs and maximize the use of external resources according to their own needs.At the same time,we should pay attention to the cultivation of internal knowledge management ability,make full use of the coordination role of the organization,give full play to the subjective initiative of employees,and create an atmosphere for the organization to acquire and apply knowledge.Meanwhile,we should always scan the external environment and adjust the enterprise embedding strategy according to the environmental changes.Finally,it calls on relevant government departments to play a good supervisory role in the effective and reasonable competition pattern among enterprises,so that market competition and enterprise development can form a virtuous circle. |
