Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Supply Chain Finance Of Warehousing Logistics Enterprise Based On PACE Model

In recent years,China’s reality problems like "financing difficult" problem of SMEs,the high operating costs of core enterprises,the "lending difficult”of bank and simple service of logistics enterprises have been plaguing the parties of supply chain.Supply chain finance provides a solution to those problems and as a kind of new financing mode in recent years,supply chain finance has opened up new market of finance and logistics industry,which brings new ideas and new benefits to all parties in the supply chain.Warehousing logistics enterprises as a supply chain node enterprises,enjoy a special status and master goods flow,information flow and business flow.The supply chain finance makes warehousing logistics enterprises achieve a docking with the capital flow.It makes warehousing logistics enterprises give full play to its advantages and help supply chain enterprises implement integrated management of goods,information,business and capital flow.Finally it makes supply chain maximize the effectiveness and then the parties within the supply chain will have their own benefits,and get the effect of "1 + 1>2".Based on the demand of warehousing and logistics services in supply chain finance development,through the retrieval and research of the literature of predecessors’ related fields and this paper find out the shortcomings of the study and decide the research topic of financial performance evaluation of supply chain finance in warehousing logistics enterprises.In this paper,the warehousing logistics enterprises as the research object,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and analyzed its business processes,benefits and risks points in various modes of supply chain finance,and lay the foundation for establishing the evaluation index system of supply chain financial performance of warehousing logistics enterprises.This paper uses the model of supply chain financial performance-PACE model as the analytical framework.It analyzes from the four dimensions:the pressure dimension,the action dimension,the capability dimension and the enablers dimension of the warehousing logistics enterprise.And after selecting the index,use the factor analysis to determine the weight of quantitative indexes and use the expert scoring method to determine the weight of qualitative indexes.Finally,use analytic hierarchy process to establish a complete index system and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model to carry on the case analysis and verify the applicability and operability of the index system.Finally,from the score of enterprise case to have the back analysis of the existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The selected cases H enterprise through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model analysis had a good score,and combined with the index system analysis and found current problems and shortcomings of H enterprise,and then made the corresponding recommendations for H enterprise.Research on the performance evaluation of supply chain finance of warehousing logistics enterprises can not only provide reference for other parties involved in supply chain finance,but also provide reference and improvement opinions on the supply chain financial business of warehousing logistics enterprises.
