Single enterprise's competition evolved into the competition between the supply chains, more and more enterprises take great importance to logistics and supply chain management. At the same time, as the conditions of earth environment is deteriorated, seriously and resources are consumed too much, circular economy has already been adopted by many developed countries. As far as our economy development is concerned, it is inevitable for the logistics to change traditional model of development since it consumes too much energy and destroys environment by noise and fume. The new logistics system which means apply the circular economy mode and changing itself into green logistics can promote economy and develop a healthy lifestyle. Performance evaluation is playing the guidance role in enterprise's development, studying the performance evaluation of the logistics enterprises based on supply chain under the circular economy environment has important value.Based on thorough survey of the relevant research and empirical analysis in and abroad, this thesis set up the logistics enterprises performance evaluation index system and put forward a stimulus and constraint mechanism by incorporating multiple methods, like systems analysis and quantitative analysis, mainly used Fuzzy evaluation and balanced score card methods, paid great attention to the enterprise innovation ability as a plus.Firstly, the author reviews theories about logistics performance evaluation and introduces basic theories about supply chain, circular economy and logistics enterprise, also manifest their relationships. At last, we prove the necessity of the performance evaluation of the logistics enterprises based on supply chain under the circular economy environment and offers a studying frame.Secondly, the author proposes basic principles about supply chain, circular economy, balanced score card and makes an analysis about the features of logistics enterprises. What's more, the author makes out the logistics performance evaluation index system. This system includes five aspects: custom services, logistics cost, operation systems, green logistics and innovation.Thirdly, after analyzing the methods about the currant logistics performance evaluation, use the fuzzy theory and experts evaluate method builds a logistics performance evaluation model. Then, the author demonstrates rationality about an example of the index system, practicability and appliance about this method.At last, point out the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation model, and then give a prospect for the further research.
