Analysis On The Competitiveness Of Centre Testing International And Its Influencing Factors

With the development of society,the importance of high technology is improved greatly,the government also put Chinese Inspection Service as one of the eight areas of high technology services,had included it in the national key development targets,symbolizes that the development of high technology has entered a new historical period.But when facing the significant opportunities for development,Chinese Inspection Service,as an emerging industry,faces many challenges.What is the current situation of the development of industry and institution?How to develop more scientifically and continuously?All need us do further research and exploration.Based on the summarization of previous work,this paper firstly studies the development process of Chinese Inspection Service,from the historical evolution to the present situation analysis,show the development of the industry.And we can summed up the industry characteristics through the data from all sides,then pointed out the shortcomings in the industry development process.Then from general to concrete,we select the independent third party institutions Centre Testing International to conduct in-depth study,analysis the competitiveness situation it faced,and points out the advantages and disadvantages in the development process.Finally we use the gray correlation analysis method to make a further analysis on the most influential factors for the institutional competitive.The study found that from a general point of view,the industry showing a very good development trend in today's economic background.But due to the formation time is short,Chinese Inspection Service lacks of foundation,created weak points in the brand,innovation,industry dynamic and other aspects,more or less limited the further development of the industry.After making a concrete analysis on the competitive situation of Centre Testing International,we find CTI remains a considerable competitive force in the third party market.But compared with foreign countries and state-owned institutions,CTI still has gaps that can not be ignored.After studying the most influential factors of competitiveness,the results show that R&D capability,market size and brand influence are the best in relativity analysis.In order to improve the competitiveness of inspection institutions,we need pay attention to both of the overall industry situation and innovative technology,promote the reputation and profit of the brand.
