Risk Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Enterprise Technology Alliance In Communication Equipment

As a representative enterprise in the high-tech industry,the communication equipment enterprises are very fast at the technological transformation.In order to improve their own technical level and technological innovation capability,Communications equipment enterprises more and more choose to build technology alliance with other competitive enterprises as a common way of competing.But,technology alliance dose not only promote enterprises' technological innovation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises but also meantime bring risks.So that the communications equipment business needs to analyze the risks and to develop effective measures to prevent and manage the risks.Based on the concept and basic theory of transnational technology alliance,this paper summarizes and analyzes the literature and information about the risks and precautions of strategic alliance and technology alliance of communication equipment enterprises,hoping,to solve the related problems of identification and evaluation of transnational technology alliance risks and effective prevention risks by communication equipment enterprises.Based on the study of the risk identification and evaluation and prevention of technology alliance in different industries and different enterprises,from the perspective of China's communications equipment business,analyze the particularity of the risk of its technical alliance,and identify the risk factors of the enterprise technology alliance of the communication equipment with reference to the corresponding literature and expert interviews,and use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the risk factor index system and the weight value.In addition,this paper combines the use of expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of H's technology alliance,and to develop the appropriate evaluation criteria and prevention standards to provide the basis for prevention work of communications equipment business.Finally,according to the evaluation results analysis of communications equipment enterprise technology alliance risk prevention countermeasures.
