Middle-level managers play an important role in the enterprise,and the performance appraisal of middle managers is the focus of the whole appraisal system.In order to improve the performance appraisal system of middle managers as the breakthrough point of enterprise reform,it is not only beneficial to the construction of middle management personnel but also to the development of the whole company.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research,systems analysis,questionnaire investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined with case study,the method of the MD company middle managers performance evaluation system has carried on the thorough investigation and study,found the MD company middle managers performance evaluation system has many problems.Through the research of the MD,found that the MD of the company's performance appraisal method is not suitable,unreasonable indicators,in the face of all these problems,to find the information system design should abide by the principle of this article to optimize the evaluation indicators,measuring method,process order as the key point,improve the current evaluation system.Through the study on the characteristics of the target position,the key to design the index weight,the main body for examination and assessment of the object,cycle and the frequency of the design,the optimization of the overall program design,etc.,on this basis,establish a perfect and optimized,apply for examination and assessment system.About how to upgrade optimization system,this paper points out that the MD company needs to improve the objective management mechanism,improve the organizational structure and post system,optimization of middle management personnel hiring and promotion system,strengthening the middle management incentives and training system,such as improving the middle management personnel performance evaluation system of safeguard measures,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system.Innovation point of this article is to middle managers performance evaluation combined with the enterprise development strategy,centered around the characteristics of middle management,behavior and work results,establishes an index system of KPI of middle management,perfect,optimized and suitable for MD company middle managers performance evaluation system,this article through to the MD company middle managers performance evaluation system of case studies,confirms the optimum design of practical significance.
