With the fierce competition in the market,enterprises are increasingly concerned about the recruitment and retention of excellent talents,because excellent talents are the key to win market competition and competitive advantage.For an enterprise,the most important human resource is the middle-level managers.They undertake the important functions of the development of enterprises.Therefore,implementing effective performance appraisal for middle-level managers is the most important part of human resource management.The existing performance appraisal system of Logistics Company in JG Group can not be effective in enthusiasm and creativity of the middle-level managers.It affects the overall business restricts the further development of the enterprise to a certain extent.Therefore,the development of the effective performance appraisal system for the middle-level managers is a business imperative.This thesis designs the company performance appraisal system for the middle-managers.By doing a systematic summary and analysis to the work and the reasons of the middlemanagers' performance appraisal of Logistics Company in JG Group.It combines with the human resources,organizational behavior,statistics and other related theories.It applies the 360°all-round evaluation,AHP,the key indicator of law,empirical analysis,and so on.By doing a systematic analysis to the functions of the job duties of the middle-level managers,the thesis is identified the performance appraisal and evaluation of the main indicators to the middle-level managers This thesis talks about the performance feedback and the performance improvement as well as the applications on this system Program too.It also put forward the corresponding safeguards for the implementation of the system.This thesis aims to improving the situation of the performance evaluation based evaluation to the qualitative assessment to the middle-level managers of Logistics Company in JG Group,and increasing the results of the middle-level managers in the enterprise performance evaluation of the enterprises.At the same time,it also has certain references for other industries.
