The Study Of Shipbuilding Enterprise Inventory Management Performance Evaluation

The level of development of the shipbuilding industry can fully reflect a country's level of manufacturing industry.And after twenty years of hard struggle and innovative development,China's shipbuilding industry remained stable forward momentum,the production scale in enterprises presents a leap.As the complex and changeable of the production's process,the supply department is difficult to scientifically organize purchasing and control of inventory,so the cost of the inventory has been high.As a core part of the modern enterprise logistics management,inventory has not been given enough attention by most of the enterprises in our country.The enterprises is still using the traditional management pattern,also haven't form an effective link with the scientific research to the integration system.And there is disconnect synchronization and duplication of work between all aspects of management,the low efficiency increases unnecessary inventory management cost.Therefore,in order to improve the level of inventory management in shipbuilding enterprises,the study on performance of inventory management of ship enterprise evaluation not only has theoretical value,but also has important practical significance.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly studies the characteristics of inventory management in shipbuilding enterprise.This part first presents China's shipbuilding enterprises development,inventory management present situation and the existing problems of the enterprise.And then summarizes the production process and production characteristics of shipbuilding enterprises,the inventory management model and draws out the connotation and characteristics of inventory management and inventory management in the shipbuilding enterprise and modern shipbuilding enterprises.Finally,base the above we elaborated the related concepts of inventory performance evaluation in shipbuilding enterprise.The second part constructs the system of inventory management performance evaluation index of shipping enterprises.According to the characteristics of the production process and production in shipbuilding enterprises,we points out the principle in the selection evaluation index of inventory management performance system in shipping enterprise.And then we construct the system of inventory management performance evaluation index of shipping enterprises from five aspects of income,operation,supply chain,protection and development,the system includes 5 first level indexes and 20 second level indexes.At the same time,we give the definition and measure of each index in the inventory management performance evaluation system of the shipbuilding enterprise.The third part of this study focus on the choice of the index weighting method for the ship enterprise inventory management performance evaluation system.We introduce combination weighting method could integrated all the weighting method to empower the index of inventory management performance evaluation system of shipbuilding enterprises,also could avoid the one sidedness of single method,so that the results of the inventory management performance evaluation in shipbuilding enterprise could be more scientific and reasonable.And based on the production characteristics and considering on subjective view of the shipbuilding enterprise,we choose four methods which are G1 weighting method,fuzzy Borda number analysis method,entropy method and maximizing deviation method to empower the index of the inventory management performance evaluation system of shipbuilding enterprises.The fourth part is the empirical research on the sample companies,and according to the results,we give the countermeasures and suggestions.The author invited 20 experts to determine scoring for each index system of inventory management performance evaluation index in the shipbuilding enterprise,base on the weighting method which consists of four kinds of weighting method introduced in fourth chapter,we get the final right result of inventory management performance evaluation index in shipbuilding enterprises.To verify the evaluation index system and weight results whether can reflect the actual situation of scientific inventory management performance of shipbuilding enterprises or not,we selected ship enterprises on three different levels of development to study on empirical evaluation.According to analysis results,we provide the measure details to enhance the performance of inventory management in shipbuilding enterprises,and supply reference for different types of ships in the development of enterprise inventory management.
