China is a manufacturing power but far from manufacturing powerhouse.Historically,our country was forced into the extensive mode of production which we can only contract manufacturing or assemble others' products.So we was locked in the low end of the industry value chain.Now we are facing so many problems,such as the disappearance of demographic dividend,the rising costs of factors,the international industrial transfer and the regression of some manufacturing powers.Whether China's manufacturing industry in the future can be self-reliant or not,how much market share can be seized in the international competition and if it can achieve healthy and sustainable development,it mainly depends on whether we have the core competitiveness of the products or not which is reflected in the abundance of the technology.This requires not only the high ability of manufacturing technological achievements,but also the strong ability of technological achievements transformation,which is based on the promotion of China's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency.Therefore,in this dissertation I have done some evaluation researches on China's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency.Firstly,with the reference to relevant literature,this dissertation defines the concept of technology innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry.I analyse the research,research methods and relevant application research of the technology innovation efficiency factors at home and abroad.on this basis I evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of China's manufacturing industry with using DEA method which belongs to the Non-parametric frontier analysis method.Secondly,I summarise the process and effect factors of our country's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency with using Grounded theory and binary semantic method.Using the summary I find that the technological innovation can be divided into knowledge production process and industrialization process.I also find the importance of the related indexes in the process of input and output.According to the above analysis,I build the index evaluation system.Based on the in-depth analysis of the input and output index and the comparison with the international manufacturing powerhouse,the current situation of technological innovation efficiency in manufacturing industry in China and the international and domestic environment are concluded.Thirdly,I make a detailed research on the technology innovation efficiency of China's manufacturing industry in different areas,industries and processes.This research is guided by investment form the angle of input-output with the use of multiple DEA model.With a detailed analysis of the corresponding results,the basic status of China's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency is concluded.Finally,I puts forward some countermeasures to improve China's manufacturing technology innovation efficiency based on the evaluation results of manufacturing industry technological innovation efficiency in our country.
