The development of China's national economy is inseparable from the role of the oil industry,the oil industry has become the backbone of the national economy,making the national economy healthy and rapid development.However,due to the increasing trend of globalization,domestic and foreign resources are increasingly scarce,market competition intensified,leading to the domestic oil industry is facing greater pressure.Grass-roots sales staff is the fundamental enterprise,the impact of the enterprise is essential,so this paper mainly study the status of psychological capital of employees,through the actual investigation of the relevant data to start,expect to improve the staff of the psychological capital,so that the oil industry in the Competitive economic market occupies an important position,improve the competitive advantage.Because of the importance of the oil industry,both at home and abroad have paid great attention to it.The research on this aspect has been paid more and more attention.This paper starts from the research results of psychological capital both at home and abroad,and summarizes the mental capital of the grassroots employees in the petroleum industry through various empirical studies What are the characteristics of the survey involving five aspects,namely: hope,psychological toughness,self-efficacy,optimism,interpersonal harmony.Thus,after the pre-investigation and analysis of the contents of the survey,the specific can be divided into 34 projects,and then design a questionnaire,through the actual verification of the questionnaire content concise,concise information,good reliability.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the mental capital level of the grassroots employees in the petroleum industry is good,especially in the aspects of gratitude,toughness and cooperation.There are some differences in the mental capital between the employees,the size of the age,the age of the education Time and gender have affected the psychological capital of the staff to a certain extent.It is proved that the mental capital of the employee's mental capital has a certain effect on the performance of the employees.Finally,the paper studies the mental capital survey data of the employees at the grassroots level of the oil enterprises,and puts forward the following plan to improve the management level of the human resources of the oil enterprises: change the enterprise management concept,pay attention to the employee's mental capital;actively carry out the EAP work,cultivate the psychological capital of the employees;,The development of employee mental capital;building a positive corporate culture,maintaining the psychological capital of employees.
