Based on the study of psychological capital and job performance, this study not only examines the impact of gender, age, education and other demographic variables on psychological, but also examines the hypothesized relationship between psychological capital and job performance.Using psychological capital scale of Ding Chengli (2009), job performance scale of Jiang Yang (2012), we had some valid questionnaires, which includes all of316, and we used some statistical analysis techniques to test our hypothesis:independent samples t-test of examining the relationship of sex and PsyCap, variance analysis of examining the relationship of the other demographic variables and PsyCap, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling of finishing our main research. The two main conclusions are as follows:The firstly, employees of different families have different psychological capital. But there is no significant difference in different gender, age, education and tenure. The second, we got that the positive correlation of PsyCap and job performance is greatly significant.Confidence has significantly positive affects on relationship performance, task performance and learning performance.Hope has significantly positive affects on all dimensions of job performance.Toughness only has significantly positive affects on innovation performance.Optimism only has significantly positive affects on relationship performance. In a word, this study not only helps to expanded the scope, rich the theory of psychological capital, but also provide new idea and practical guidance to break barriers of development for small and medium private enterprises.
