Study On Government Behavior In The Development Of Cultural Tourism Resources In Wuyishan

As the material conditions continue to rise,the public’s demand for tourism tastes has also improved.In addition,the reform of tourist supply side is imminent,speed up the adjustment of tourism industry structure,and innovative tourism model,to promote the development of the whole tourism depends on the local culture,and promote the integration of tourism and local culture,focus on integrating and mining of cultural tourism resources,innovative cultural tourism products,deepening the connotation of tourism products,in order to improve the tourism "soft power".Wuyishan is rich in tourism resources and well known,but the development of tourism lacks cultural details,most of sightseeing resources attract the tourist is nature tourist resource,the sustainable and healthy development of Wuyishan tourism can not be separated from cultural support,the government needs to give a certain degree of guidance to achieve the reform and innovation of Tourism.This article takes the government behavior of Wuyishan cultural tourism resources development as the object of study,analysis the problem in accordance with the "questions,research ideas,to solve the problem",comprehensive use of empirical analysis,interviews,induction,summarizes and other methods,analysis of government behavior in the development of cultural tourism resources in Wuyishan.From the theory of new public service,the theory of public goods and the theory of sustainable development,combined with the role of government action in tourism development,defined the role of local governments.By combing the overall situation of the existing cultural tourism resources development in Wuyishan,combining the internal and external environment of regional tourism development,analysis of the government’s role in the development of cultural tourism,and found that government behavior lags behind tourism planning and other issues,analysis of the causes of the problems of government behavior from five aspects,the old concept,the legal system is not perfect,competition exists between villages and towns,administrative responsibility is not clear and lack of supervision and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions from six aspects,for example strengthening regulations and policy support,strengthen the government investment and financial support,optimize the industrial structure,highlight the key project construction,strengthening regional cooperation and realizing diversified products,strengthen the supervision of tourism market,strengthen the government’s public service.
