Research On The Assessment Of Sustainable Development Of Sesame Town With Cultural Tourism Characteristic In PPP Mode

The characteristic town was first created by Zhejiang Province.Under the background of the country's promotion of new-type urbanization and supply-side reform,rapidly promoted by the country as a development strategy.It has development throughout the country less than four years.Cultural tourism characteristic towns,as a major development type of characteristic towns,focus on cultural tourism as the core to develop local characteristics.The PPP model is a method of cooperation between the government and social capital.As a project operation mode in large-scale public infrastructure construction which solves problems such as heavy financial burdens for the government during construction.The mode can not only solve the government's financial pressure during the process,but also make better use of social capital's experience and ability in project construction and operation to diversify project construction risks.To achieve the project's expected development goals.However,many issues such as real estate becoming too serious,characteristic towns with no characteristics,and extensive use of resources have gradually exposed the problems that affect the sustainable development of the project with the development of the characteristic small town projects developed in the PPP mode year by year.The country has now stopped many characteristic small town projects where real estate seriously.How to sustain the development of characteristic towns is an issue that needs full attention.First of all,we should based on the PPP model,study the sustainable development of the characteristic towns in the following cities.By reading and collating a large number of relevant literature and research results,this article will affect the availability of the characteristic cities and towns in the PPP mode based on sustainable development theory.The sustainable development is divided into four parts: economic sustainability,sustainable PPP model,sustainable cultural and tourism characteristics,and sustainable environment and resources.Based on the development characteristics of the PPP project and characteristic tourism towns and the research focus of this paper,the PPP is determined.The model is based on the evaluation index of sustainable development of characteristic towns.By issuing questionnaires and consulting experts,the preliminary determined indicators were screened and optimized,and the PPP model was finally adopted to determine the index system for sustainable development of characteristic towns in the following cities.Secondly,by using the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of the indicators in the evaluation index system are determined,and then the selected example of Dushan Town,Lu'an City,Anhui Province.Analyzed the example using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model through the selected project.Through the combination of theory and practice,the feasibility of using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze the sustainable development of the characteristic towns in the following PPP mode.And verify the sustainability of the development of the characteristic town project in Dushan Town,Lu'an City Evaluation is given.Finally,according to the results of research and analysis,policy suggestions are made for the sustainable development of the characteristic towns in the PPP model,which reflects the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Figure 3 table 16 reference 28...
