In face of the new situation with growing competition and market uncertainty,long-term collaborative relationship have been built by a number of logistics service providers and logistics service integrators, which form logistics service supply chains(LSSC).It can offer integrated service for customers. However,in the practice of service supply chain management, the guidance of these theorys for firm operations is weak.Specifically, bounded rationality lead to decision-makers' irrational behavior rather than completely rational decision. There is a gap between reality and conclusions based on rational person hypothesis. With the development of behavioral economics, behavioral operations in supply chains have been becoming a promising and valuable field. Therefore, based on the behavioral research in supply chains, this thesis analyze influence of inequity aversion, which is a crutial factor for behavioral operations and practice process,to supply chain performance, through literature analysis, model building, and behavioral experiment. This thesis compose of three section:(1)a structured literature review of behavioral operations in supply chains in 2000-2016.To explore the latest developments and research trends of behavioral operations in supply chains, this thesis conducted structured literature review from four aspects including discipline bases, research themes, research methods, and specific approaches, based on the published literature for the past 17 years(2000-2016)in the area of supply chain management with a specific consideration of behavioral factors.(2)Model research of order allocation in a supply chain with supplier's inequity aversion behaivor. This thesis presents a model to see how peer-induced fairness influences order allocation, one composed of 2-suppliers with inequity aversion and 1-retailer without such concerns. To improve credibility, this thesis study the level diffence of peer-induced fairness impact in two kind of conditions including simultaneous and sequential offer mechanisms.(3)Order allocation in a supply chain with supplier's fairness concern: an experimental examination of multi-factor influence.A series of controlled experiments are thus conducted to compare the statistical results of the model. Some interesting conclusion are present through simulating game environment, collecting subjects' data, analysis statistics results. In addition, the study is extended to the impacts of gender differences, risk concerns and emotional diversity upon behavior of suppliers. In the end of this thesis, research findings and future research directions were presented.
