In recent years, interdisciplinary research in supply chain and sustainable development has been widely concerned;however, comparing with the rapid economic growth in service, supply chain management has not been systematically explored. From the perspective of sustainable development,it is of great theoretical significance to study the operation and management of logistics service supply chain, and also has positive practical worth.Based on the triple bottom line(TBL)theory,we first analyzed the relevant sustainable supply chain management research from 2006 to 2015,then discussed the paper dealing with two or three sustainable bottom lines, introduced some classical conceptual frameworks both in the manufacturing and service supply chain management afterwards.Following this,by analyzing the differences between manufacturing and service industry,we proposed a sustainable service supply chain management(SSSCM)framework.According to the impact of sustainable development on service supply chain participants,we put forward an operational sustainable development framework for the ternary service supply chain,as well as a research agenda for the future research direction.Based on this framework,we took logistics service supply chain as the typical research object, and studied social risks and the risk of supply chain disruptions.Firstly,we discussed the social responsibility efforts of the logistic service providers in the face of social responsibility risk, and proposed three contract models, namely, the wholesale price contract, the revenue sharing contract and the quantity discount contract. We compared the three contract performance hereafter. The study shows that when the logistic service integrator is risk aversion, the quantitative discount contract can effectively deal with the risk of social responsibility in those three contracts mentioned above. In the profit maximization scenario, the provider is able to pay less in the wholesale price contract to obtain a more generous profit.Secondly,we studied through supply chains with three different structures,namely,one-to-one secondary supply chain,many-to-one secondary supply chain, and three-level supply chain, analyzing when occurring the risk of supply chain disruption, the logistic service integrator's optimal decision to supervise the quality of the logistic service provider's sustainable effort and the optimal execution decision of the corresponding provider in those three different supply chain structures. The study found that, for the supply chain sustainability involves all aspects of the supply chain, the integrator, who is at the end of the supply chain, often accounts greater risk. Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the provider to make sustainable efforts,in order to reduce the risk of supply chain disruptions.Under a solid regulatory costs situation, the increase in the level of sustainability implementation of logistic service provider, which is agreed in ahead, would reduce the probability that the logistic service integrators would choose to supervise.Choosing to introduce subcontractor will allow logistic service integrator to pay less regulatory costs when logistic service provider give a higher willingness to implement sustainable efforts, which lead to achieve an optimal supply chain profits. The research of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the cooperative mode chosen by the enterprises in practice effectively, which would be helpful when deal with the risk of social responsibility and the risk of logistic service supply chain disruption in a sustainable supply chain.
