From deepening of Reform and Opening-up policy,China's national economy ushered in the development of a new miracle,family-owned enterprises to flourish,family-owned enterprises have become an important part of private enterprise organizations,family business development greatly promoted the development of the national economy,In recent years,more and more people's attention.The working staff of FD enterprises and satisfaction as the research object,research on the lack of occupation career management family of private enterprises,set up a total of six chapters,the specific distribution is as follows:The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the study,the existing research at home and abroad related theory,the framework of thinking,the methods used;the second part mainly expounds the related theory of occupation career management as well as the definition and characteristics of family enterprises;the third part is the analysis of family enterprise existence occupation career management problems and reasons;the fourth part is the empirical analysis of FD enterprise employee occupation career;the fifth part mainly put forward a specific plan for the establishment of enterprise occupation career management for the existing problems of FD the company,including the occupation development channel,broaden the horizontal vertical channel,strengthen the occupation training and other organizations;the sixth part To ensure the smooth implementation of the program to establish the corresponding enterprise security system.Through the theoretical research on career management and the field research of the company,we find that there are many problems in the career management of the company,such as the lack of awareness of the career management of the staff,the single promotion channel of the staff,the lack of scientific rotation system and staff training System and other issues.Through further analysis,we find the cause of the problem and put forward the optimization plan of the company's career management according to the related research results.But also for similar family-owned private enterprises in the establishment of a reasonable scientific staff career management system to provide some reference.
