Research On The Location Of Small And Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises

Site selection is an important part of business management.Due to the long-term fixed location of space,the negative effect caused by improper site selection in the process of enterprise development is difficult to be eliminated or weakened by soft measures in a short period of time,Development resistance and risk.With the rapid development of society,the theory and method of site selection are continuously updated and optimized.However,for the increasing number of medium and small sized enterprises that are inherently driven by innovation,externally developed with high technology,high growth and high risk In terms of high-tech enterprises,there is a relative lack of corresponding and effective principles and methods of site selection.The purpose of this paper is to find out the principles and methods of site selection that fit the characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises by studying the influencing factors of the location of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance of research on the location of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,summarizes the research status of the site selection theory,the research methods and research ideas adopted in this paper.The second chapter is the development of location theory The history and the representative theoretical achievements of each stage,summarizes the theoretical basis of industrial agglomeration and knowledge spillover;Chapter Three analyzes the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises from the development status quo,and summarizes the characteristics of small and medium sized The characteristics of high-tech hightech enterprises;Based on the above,in the fourth chapter,we study in detail the general principles and influential factors of the enterprises location,combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises to determine the principle of its location,build Evaluation Index System of Small and Medium Sized High-tech Enterprise Location.After AHP analysis,DEA analysis,BP neural network model comparison of three evaluation methods,choose AHP analysis as a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises location evaluation method.According to the evaluation system of this article,we use the expert consultation method to quantify each evaluation index in the fifth chapter,and use AHP to build the matrix,calculate the weight coefficient,and make an empirical study on J company's location problem.In the sixth chapter On the process of research problems encountered further ideas and directions.
